    Asylum Seeker - Dependent Visa

    Hi,
    I got married here in hk and my spouse apply for my dependant visa since March 2017 after that we just received letter from immigration to summits some supporting documents and we given them after that immigration just say to us waiting for there reply and on January 15 /2018 we receive other letter again for went to trans Union and current job contract and since we done all this on 7/2/2018 until now no reply from them again so how can I do as at now?

    Damm you must hold a crappy passport or you are an Asylum seeker in HK.

    I was asylum seekers here in hk but I got my passport with me also no any criminal record but still my case is running out so slowly

    For Asylum seeker to get Dependent Visa approval, last info I read on Geoexpat was that it takes nearly 1-2 years time.

    Patients is what you need as its a very SLOW process.

    That's not fairly 2 friends of mind got married here 1 within 6 month they gave him a visa and the second one 9 months he got his visa even though the 9 months one got criminal record here in hk but still got the visa under a year and me my spouse basic salary was more than what immigration was expecting also she got all the documents immigration required but still taking longer than anything else
