    It's a new application but if the visa has been given relatively recently, they don't re-stamp the passport under the new sponsor, they let the current visa ride out the original term and the employee is given a letter confirming the change in sponsor:

    As a Senior Front end developer with 4+ years of experience, what should be the appropriate number?

    I know the job market because I hire. Not the specifics of your skill set.
