Hie, my seven years will finish on 27 November and my visa will expire on 11 November. I will apply for HK PR on 11 October. Do I need to l leave HK before 11 Nov?

They won't process your application until 7 years has past = 27 November.
Why not get a visa extension until end of the December?

I can't apply for extension as I had quit my job to go study abroad and have returned now

If you left for more than 6 months you will have to explain yourself.
You can apply for PR 4 weeks prior to your 7 year mark.
Go get a job that sponsors your visa!
I would probably apply Nov 1 for PR and stay in HK. Go to immd to ask for a 1 month extension couple days before your visa expiry. Your best bet is to ask immd. Not us.
