They no need and will never ask for it. UKIMMD doesn't have anything with HKIMMD. Travel history means provide pictures together like on vacation to show that RL is genuine.

No I don't think they will ask that. Focus on proof of your relationship and how you will support him. That is what they will be concerned about. If you can do both of those clearly then I don't think you will have a problem.
