Where to get hk passport for my baby born in japan or overseas?

Both me and my husband has hksar passport, PR resident in Hong Kong

How long it take? You know? Is there a way I can bring the baby back to hk to get?

Takes around 2 months for the first passport. Is baby eligible for another country's passport? If so, use that passport to come to HK.

If not, you can ask the Chinese embassy or consulate if they can issue baby an emergency travel document to make a one way trip to HK.

Your baby cant leave japan until it has a passport issued by HKSAR.
