    Thanks, I will try that but if didnt work, which line should I queue up? Is it in HK resident?

    There is a line for "Hong Kong Residents" and a line for "Hong Kong Permanent Residents"

    Just for the purpose of nitpicking - student visa holders can't. Unless that has changed?
