What is the father's status in Kazakhstan? How did you manage to stay there for a year? On visitor status or dependant status? The authority will surely ask for this piece of info.

As you replied earlier, you stayed there just on a visitor visa, then you should not be considered as "settled abroad" (in Kazakhstan).
