Disclosure to employer on second job with work visa

I am contemplating taking a second job and would like to understand what information my primary employer is entitled to such as compensation and such.

Has anyone gone through the process to get both employer approvals and immigration dept approvals who could share their experience?

You need to understand the basis of employment visa.. I don't think this is legally allowed or at least i am not aware of any exception like this..
