PRC Exit Entry Permit Extension

Hi everyone. My friend is a PRC national and just got her HK dependent visa renewed. Does anyone know where to update the entry exit permit card? She was approached by a travel agency and they asked HKD 500 to update the card which we think is very expensive.

No, that one is for HK nationals no? My friend is a PRC national and she needs to renew her exit entry permit (往来港澳通行证).

Does she have a Chinese passport? She can use her Chinese passport to enter China and then extend her HK Permit once back in China. If she doesn't have a valid passport then she'll have to renew in HK.
