do i need china visa if i have hksar passport ?
do i need china visa if i have hksar passport ?
I already have a china permit card but my daughter is 14 months old and she dont have a Chinese name so i couldn't apply her permit card
Only if you lie about your Hong Kong resident status and somehow it goes undetected. Normally they check the white slip from HK IMMD if you claim to be a visitor to HK. Otherwise they'll want to see your HKID.
Of course, if you apply in a third country it'd be much easier to not disclose your HK resident status.
Yes that i understand from your previous post but what if the holder has only HKSAR Passport and HKID as identification document?
"Visa" by definition is for foreign nationals so cannot be issued to Chinese nationals. If the holder has only HKSAR passport then just get the Home Return Permit. Why would you need another option if the HRP is available? I don't understand.
She dont have a chinese name but when she was born she had hksar because her mother had one
Then just give her a Chinese name, or transliterate her name in Chinese. Its not difficult.
