Nobody knows how long the delay can be. A few more people have received the calls for delays (mentioned in the main china permit thread), hence, no option but to wait.

My pickup day is tomorrow, Will update here if I receive the call as well.

For me, started with 3611. I guess depends on which center you applied at

I’ve also heard others (mostly of the, ah, lighter complexion) have been collecting their cards on time and without delay as recently as the 22nd.

The main CTS branch in Central has a number that starts with 2853, but I can't find a 3611 on the list. Guess it could be any number...

It would be useful to know if in the meantime the applications of people of, shall we say, a lighter complexion are still being processed on schedule.

I got mine on the designated collection day. Complexion is okay according to the official chart
