    Why wouldnt you just pass on your british nationality to your child? It's clearly a no brainer.

    Hull, there is no only. They are still as British as anyone else as far as it affects them as an individual. It just means that if they want their children to be British then they need to have the child in UK or marry someone British who wasn’t born outside UK.

    The child is already born and shes already married so its too late for that now.

    I did read and by she I meant the OP if the child was born in UK we wouldn’t be having this thread.
