As I know, PRC nationality cannot apply for this Program. You need to to be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of another country prior to apply.

What area you want to invest, Stocks or Property? Will you be living in Hong Kong in future? Who will manage your investment? You may need to talk to a consultant before proceeding. Or you can talk to my friend who used to work in this field, [email protected]
