Need china visa, having HKSAR Travel pass.

    Hi all,
I am from india, got an HKSAR Travel pass valid upto 3 years.
I want to get China visa for shenzen for my business trip.
I apply for it at the time of Chinese New Year but the china embassy in wanchai told me that u have to get it from India itself,u cant get it from here.
Also,i tried to contact the travel agency they told me that if u had china visa for the first time from India then its very easy to get it afterwards here, but for the first time i shud get from india.

So,anyone can help me to get the china visa from hong kong without going to India for visa.

Thanks in advance......I awaiting for your kind response.

As we tried to explain last time you asked a similar question, the problem is that you are not a legal resident in Hong Kong. The Chinese "consulate" here will only give visas to Indian citizens if they live (legally) in Hong Kong. You do not live legally in Hong Kong, so you must get your China Visa from India (or some other place where you are legally resident).

Frankly, I am quite amazed that HK Immigration keeps giving you new visitor visas - you have admitted in another thread that you are basically living in Hong Kong and looking for illegal work.

I wonder why the OP believes the Chinese Government affords flexibility in the issuance of its visas.

i suppose consider you work illegally here (according to PDLM's link as well as your admission), you could search and find an illegal smugglers boat with remote places in HK and travel to china via this means.
Please note you can get caught by HK customs if you partcipate in this as this method of transport is popular with criminals and II's.
