dependant husband and daughter applying for PR

hi to all,

its about the PR question, coz i am working full-time in a company for about 4 years already (starts May 22,2005 up to present) and with signed contract , have a dependant-working husband last August 2007 and an HK born baby last May 2008.

me and my husband have plans and waiting for my 7 years of residing and working permanently here in HK.

If I already have that 7 years, I know i could apply for the PR, can i include my husband and daughter?

Each adult person is judged separately, so you husband would have to wait until he has been here 7 years. Your child would be eligible for PR as soon as you get it since she was born in Hong Kong (if she had been born outside HK then she would have had to wait until she had resided here for 7 years as well).
