    Smile apartment

    Hi, All,

I have never been to Hong Kong. I may be taking a 1-2 year assignment in HK.
I am a Japanese national. Which part of areas do you recommend? I do not want to commute more than 30 minutes because I am sure that I work late everyday.

Since my relocation to HK will be treated as localization (payroll transfer), I do not get the LCA or housing support. I look for an one-bedroom apartment which cost less than 12,000.-
Is it possible to find an apartment under this budget?

    Thank you for your advice!

    T.K.

try Pacific Palisides in Braemar Hill. They have both serviced and unfurnished flats with full facilities The development is very popular with your countrymen, about 60% of residents
