Looking for reviews of the Arch

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a sincere (tenant perspective) review for the Arch. The pros, the cons, etc. I've visited the building with agents, looked around, and have a good understanding of the general feel, but how is it living there? What are the amenities like (they didn't allow us to see)? What is it like living in Union Square? I'm a young professional (no kids, etc.)

Your help will be fully appreciated.

    Thanks

    hi~
we been living here for almost 2 years now, its quite good here in term of security and the club house. great swimming pool, badminton court/ basketball court, gym. Spa is also good here but bit pricey!

The staff are helpful though sometime they are bit lazy and standing around and chat. The building are very clean, there's cleaning lady walking around polishing stuff all day.

its a very convenient location, you get supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants and MTR underneath your complex.

not sure which apartment you're looking at but our apartment looking into the garden, so its not as great as looking out to the harbor and we can see neighbor in waterfront quite clearly!

but i'm not sure how noisy the other side is as they are building a new high speed train on the other side.

there's apartment available i saw on hong kong homes one with the balcony on the lower floor, that one look awesome! they done the balcony up look like a great place to live.

Kitchen - there's no oven, and kitchen bench are small and not much storage for anything. ( we do cook a lot at home)

    hope this help!
