Studio Space in Hong Kong

I have recently moved to Hong Kong and am looking for studio space to make art work in, probably in the New Territories, given the price of Hk real estate. Have visited Fo Tan, but have been unable to contact the landlord or anyone who rents there, though I hear the studios are pretty expensive anyway. Have heard of someone who rents a warehouse space in Aberdeen, but I have no idea where to start with tracking down a space. has anyone got any experience of this or, failing that, any ideas or suggestions?

Yes, it turns out that all the studio space is rented (like everything else) through commercial real estate agents.

If you are keen to rent in your area (Wan Chai), several of my colleagues found centrally located office spaces through local real estate agents. I also looked at spaces in Ap Lei Chau, Aberdeen, Siu Sai Wan in the east of the island and Kwai Chung and Fotan in the NT. It's best if you go to the areas you think you might want to rent in and check out local offices.

I'm not at home at present, so don't have any of the names handy but if you don't have any luck locally, let me know and I'll dig out the contact details of some of the agents I made contact with.
