Looking for an apartment around XMAS (short term rental)

Hello,

My parents -62, retired- and sister will come and visit us in HK for Christmas.
Unfortunately, our flat is too small to accommodate them ; so we are looking for a flat to rent during their stay. They arrive on 16, and we will need a flat for 3~4 weeks.
We live in Tseung Kwan O, and are looking around this area (including Yau tong, Lam Tin...), or eventually Quarry bay / North point / Wanchai / Causeway bay areas.
We need 2 BR, or 1 BR + sofa-bed in the living.

If you have such flat for rent, or if you are out of HK during this time and would like someone to look after your flat :-), please contact me !

We're careful, and will take good care of the property. No party or anything like this, we just need a simple accommodation, a clean bathroom and a kitchen for few meals and breakfasts.

I found this site called AirBnB which might be useful to you. Its basically short term stays and the people who list on there range from shared rooms to private rooms in somebody's flat to whole apartments, its a pretty cool idea and some of the places on there are AMAZING (the plane!!!)

I haven't used it myself but it seems safe to use imo as you pay through the site and not direct to the owner so you don't have to worry about scams.

There are a few in HK from when I had nose around, not sure about the areas mind so might not be near to where you are looking for but worth a look.
