Hi everyone. I am currently considering renting a flat in Vantage Park on Conduit/Robinson Road.

I noticed yesterday that their are notices for an AGM which is to be held this week. There are also photographs/diagrams on display showing examples from various desginers for renovating the entrance hallways etc for Vantage Park.

Does anyone live in VP and can let me know if this renovation work is just in the discussion phase or whether it is planned to go ahead at some point? I am interested to find out if and when this work will happen and how long the disruption will happen for? Also, is it just the interior or also the exterior of the building that is being renovated?

Also, please let me know if you have any views on VP as a block - positive or negative.
