Thanks everyone! I´ve well and truely been convinced that it was a ridiculous idea to even consider and I´m not going to give anyone any money until I see the place in person!!
If you hear of anyone renting out a double room from end March, please feel free to let me know!
Oh, and I did initially write to her in Spanish and she replied in English! haha!!
