    Leaving during your Lease period

Ok I have a different type of question.

What do I need to do if I move out of my flat within the first year? I am assuming I need to find a replacement tennant.

SHould I do this myself or speak to the lady who owns the flat? Are there any pitfalls I need to be aware of?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Monde,
It honestly depends on how friendly the landlord wants to be.
It will certainly give you brownie points if you have a new tenant in line but it does not mean you will get your deposit back........

Not worried about deposit as the Company covers that.

Will give the landlord a call when I get back from Japan and see what she says.

    Thanks for the advice.
