Now if you could ASSURE me prices will fall, of course I will not buy. Can you do that?
All we can do is weigh the balance of probabilities and they clearly point to a lot more downside than upside.

    How much is the flat?
+1Mio (almost) is hard to believe to be honest.

Bank val is 12.2. Agent "promised" it would sell for 12.5. Final result - sell decides he now wants 13.3.

It's not the agent's fault if the buyer decides to raise the price. I just discounted my property: 3.98 mil for 791 sq. ft. It's a bargain! If you want it it's yours

Please provide details of your apartment for consideration.

Of course its not agent's fault that seller increased the price. But what agent should not do is make a false promise or raise a false hope, which is what I feel he did.

Thanks - not looking at buying right now but was just wondering where it was since 800sqf/4Mio didn't sound like in HK island or kowloon.
