    sceneway gardens, lam tin
    laguna city, lam tin/kwun tong
plaza hollywood (don't know the names of the buildings directly above this shopping centre), diamond hill
    telford gardens, kowloon bay
i'm sure there are more, but that is all i can think of on the spur of the moment.

Lohas park - loads of new flats being built there, enough supply.

Check out Latitude near the old Kai Tak site, it's brand spanking new SHK development with club house and supermarket. You should be able to get a 2bdrm close to 700sq ft for 14K...

Aria which is also a new SHK development has similar prices, a very nice clubhouse. It's up the hill a bit and the smaller flat don't get much sun but lots of greenery...

There's also Scenic View almost right next door which is a bit cheaper...

Something which occurred to me - you are going to look at these places in person, yourself aren't you? Not just checking the websites?

    Thanks for the posts!

The company would put me up in a place there for the first month, my wife will be arranging viewings etc. From the 100000000000000 apartments I've looked at online it would appear that the photographers are very creative. Viewing in person is definately the way forward. We would need a furnished apartment.

furnished apartments are few and far between. you are much better off just heading to ikea and furnishing it yourself.
