    I found some of them Infuriatingly poorly laid out. The 1450 sq ft 4 beds had such tiny inpractical rooms they were useless. The 1300 3 bed was better. Advertised prices seem way high but are negotiable

    yeah, the 13xx seem more reasonable. 35K upwards seems a good price too. Any idea how much a parking space is?

    Why goto taste, when you have mongkok market right on your doorsteps.

    'cos Mongkok market doesn't have cheese, steak, wine, salami and other crave foods.

    But right on regarding the veg and seafood. Mongkok market is half the price of Taste.

    Can't get a decent steak in taste either

    A wagyu sirloin is pretty decent. Wagyu counter next to the pork counter.
