International in Olympic 3 is already open but very small. I was a bit dissapointed. I will still do most of my shopping in Taste in Olympic 2. My kids are happy about the ToysRus which has just opened in O3 though.

The Internation is open. It's very small but meant to be a convenience for you guys though.

Not been inside, just took in the marvellous showflats at pre-sale. Will be taking a friend next weekend to view some 400ft studios. They're going for 14.5K. Sounds like a decent return.

I found some of them Infuriatingly poorly laid out. The 1450 sq ft 4 beds had such tiny inpractical rooms they were useless. The 1300 3 bed was better. Advertised prices seem way high but are negotiable

yeah, the 13xx seem more reasonable. 35K upwards seems a good price too. Any idea how much a parking space is?

But right on regarding the veg and seafood. Mongkok market is half the price of Taste.

A wagyu sirloin is pretty decent. Wagyu counter next to the pork counter.
