Offer way under the asking price. There are a lot of empty apartments there.

What school are your kids attending?

My son goes to the Australian school in Kowloon Tong. They have a bus service which is only 8 minutes to Olympic in the afternoon (about 25 mins in morning bcause the bus then goes around Elements).

My 2 year old daughter will start at an international kindergarten in Prince Edward next month. But I just got a flyer in the mail recently that a new kindergarten called greenfields is opening next month somewhere around OC1. They already have a branch in Tung Chung. Other kindergartens in the area include Victoria and Habitat (but both long waiting lists).

Do they have a waiting list? Or you can get in straight away?

We went to an open day - then got a call saying we needed to sign up by today. Worth a try though I guess. My lad is 18m and only going twice a week I think for a couple of hours

Wildfire opening soon. It's a takeover of Olympic by Cafe Deco.

great. more overpriced average food, just like that german place in O3. trying to be positive, the service at the german one was very good. my experience of wildfire at elements was awful service. still, better than nothing. i guess.
