Sorry I dont live there or know about the clubhouse. But I live nearby. I am quite pleased that Olympian City 3 mall has now opened and it stretches almost all the way to MongKok. You can now walk between Olympic and MongKok MTR almost all the way indoors in air conditioned comfort. When you get off MTR in Olympic, there are now arrows that guide you all the way to MK MTR. Its fantastic.

Really! That's great. It always was one of those "local secrets" that actually you could change trains from Mongkok to Olympic if necessary - but with a short hot section. Sounds good!

Do you mean why did we choose it? Mainly because it's nice and new (amazing kitchen with ovens etc), within budget, close to work, and Olympic 3 looks like it will be pretty nice once it's all open. We had a similar size place lined up in Island Harbour view for the same price ... and decided that new would nicer. Are you thinking about moving in? I can give you the details of a good agent.

I have property nearby. I like the place for the location and clubhouse. The crazy penthouses with 2 private pools are still available Why 2 pools? One for yourself and the other for your guests obviously.

Good choice over IH as olympian 1 has lost its ParknShop, a hike to the nearest super.

IHV was looking a bit tired although the facilities were excellent. Apparently there's going to be a massive PnS international in O3, which should be pretty cool (that's why they closed the one in O1).

Have you been inside the Hermitage David? We have seen the kid's playroom but nothing else ... although I can see the pool from the apartment we're moving to and it looks a decent size.

The Internation is open. It's very small but meant to be a convenience for you guys though.

Not been inside, just took in the marvellous showflats at pre-sale. Will be taking a friend next weekend to view some 400ft studios. They're going for 14.5K. Sounds like a decent return.

International in Olympic 3 is already open but very small. I was a bit dissapointed. I will still do most of my shopping in Taste in Olympic 2. My kids are happy about the ToysRus which has just opened in O3 though.
