Hi guys,
I just moved to HK and I'm frantically trying to get accomodation sorted before my serviced apartment my company pays for runs out for the month...
I managed to get a local friend to get me a real estate contact and she was showing me places in the lower mid-levels today.
Now I got an apartment on shelley street which I believe is close to HSBC bank in central (where i'll be working). Its about 525 square feet net and they are charging me about $HKD 10,000 a month. Based on other units she showed me and other units I saw in the area from other agents it looks like a pretty good deal. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance.
