I have a relative coming over next month and I'm looking for a budget decent Hotel/Service apartment for short stay (7 days only) in Kennedy Town. Hoping to find range of HKD300-400 per day if possible. Any suggestions?

bridal tea house
I stayed at Bridal Tea house before. It was near water street or hill street, can't remember. It was fairly comfortable and clean, reasonable price 400-500.
Good location to transportation and food.

Cityloft offers monthly rent from 10k. Its for a room. Not an apt. You got your own washroom
