    Sorry, forgot those details.

we are a couple, no kids.
our budget is 10k for rent.

I will work next to Hung Hom, and 45 min commute is fine. Don't want to buy a car, prefer the KCR or a bus/ferry.

We currently live by a huge garden, very green area, and wanted to recreate our lifestyle as much as possible, at least in that regard. We would consider a not-so-green area if the views were great and clean beach was near.

    Thanks!

if no skyscraper you should FORGET about TUNG CHUNG, PARK ISLAND, CARRIBEAN COAST, SEAVIEW CRESCENT and SHAM TSEN.

Lamma, Sai Kung, Stanley, DB and to some extent Pok Fu Lam can fit the bill.....but I really doubt you will get anything for 10K in Pok Fu Lam / Stanley
