I'm trying to find a hostel (preferably somewhere in Kowloon or NT) for a half-day, full-day or day-and-night stay. I don't mind if the rooms are simple/modest, as long as they're clean, preferably with bathroom facilities.
Any advice?

That's not a hostel.
Go to Mirador or Chungking Mansions, there are dozens. Or, go to the YHA youth hostels out in the NT.
