Well I've not heard anything bad about their service but I think it's fair to say that they don't specialise in getting you good value for your money.

They specialise in customers who are willing to pay three times over the market rental because the management company's interior designer has put a vase of dried sticks in the lobby. So it really depends whether you're in their target demographic.
