    There're also a ferry to Tsuen Wan and a shuttle bus to Kwai Fung, both of which are useful (and the Central ferry leaves at various intervals -- 15, 20, 30, and 60 minutes -- depending on the time of day). If you're going to diss, at least get your facts correct.

    so far so good. transport is quite easy actually - u may live in parts of kowloon and the transport isn't as convenient. altho I think PI is more convenient if u go to hk island vs. kowloon.

    How is the noise from aircrafts taking off (and landing)?
    Friend of mine moved out because of this, and moved to Island East - traded the noise for the humidity....

    I find the noise from aircraft to be negligible. I only notice it when I'm outside, and even then only rarely.

    It's bound to annoy some more than others. My father-in-law visited Ma Wan when we were considering moving here and immediately stated that he wouldn't be visiting us at home.

    Indeed - those who moved out of Kowloon City before 1998 will not notice the noise...
