Hi,
I desperately need your advise or comment to finding apt in hong kong.
We will move to hong kong in 2 month, but I just don't know where to start.
My husband won't get any housing offer, so our budget is only 20k-25k.
Is there any good real estate agents or area you can recommend?
I have 2 young boys, and one of'em will be in kindergarten.

People usually get the school placement sorted first, because of the shortages. What kindergarten will your son be attending?

My husband will work in Central. Once we find the place, my first one probably starts at one of the Woodland in hong kong island because they are the most flexible space at this moment. Ultimately, I really want him to be in ESF school once he starts primary 1, So please comment about the good location with ESF zone. Thanks!!

As far as I know all of the ESF schools have waiting lists for the first year. I would be on the phone calling them up, trying to find out the length of the current waiting lists and taking a stab about the best chance of getting in based on that.....

every area in hk is in one of the esf zones... so it becomes a matter of which school you can get a space at....

how old are your boys?
things depends on what you want on kindergartens/ primary schools.
