Kiarab...are you that clueless? I just made several posts about how I dislike realtors, and yet you still send me a PM boasting your english skills and realtor skills? You are just like all the other mindless zombie realtors I see on the street, constantly trying to offload your overpriced polished turd of a flat to some gullible chap. Please, do us all a favor and take a long walk off a short pier.

I saw they have installed a special section by one entrance to your building now, to let residents get in and out without being hassled by the real estate scum packs..... every time I walk past (most weekends) I walk straight through a few packs of them sporting cheap suits, chain-smoking and clutching their tired little bundles of flyers .

yeah, its dying down now thankfully. But for a few weeks it was horrendous. I often barged through the clouds of smoke with elbows drawn and a thirst for blood. Once or twice I knocked one to the ground which brought a smile to my face.

They were targeting all the mainlanders who stay at BP hotel next door and flock over to the eCosway store in the downstairs of my building. Its some really overpriced "luxury" brand marketed to mainlanders (and now they opened an organic shop next door by the same company). The funny thing is that the flats they were trying to get sold were actually located all the way out in TuenMun I think. I constantly overheard the mainlanders asking where the flat is, and the realtors said "very close, central to HK life"...hahahaa
