living in tung shan terrace

hello, we live in upper happy valley and plan to move soon to an apt in tung shan terrace. could someone living there pls. highlight the pluses and negatives of live as an expat in tung shan....i like the quiet peace of upper HV and am worried about the noise of teh traffic around that area plus is it safe? one of the apts i had visited the watchman told us about a burglary there.....i have 2 kids who like to run around but couldnl;t see any safe playareas or even footpaths to run on.....i have really liked teh flat but am worried about these other factors, can someone pls. advise, sp. someone with kids?

I came across this old post about Tung shan terrace. Since we are planning to move there soon would like to hear some feedback. Did you happen to move there and if so were you happy with that area? Was there noise pollution? Any ideas why there happens to be a major turnaround. Would appreciate if you could just share your views.
