Recommend sublets or sublet sites?

Hi All - have less than a year remaining in Hong Kong and looking for a sublet for the remainder of our stay. Looking for about 1000 sqft with recently updated fit-out, but not too bothered about the location (HK island, Kowloon, NT, Lantau). Wondering if anyone can recommend a sublet or a useful site for finding sublets. The usual google search hasn't turned up much. Thanks.

why not go for a serviced flat instead?

We've thought about it but serviced apartments are not really our thing.

You may find it difficult to find a sublet since the standard residential tenancy agreement used by most agencies in Hong Kong has a clause that specifically prohibits assigning, transferring or sub-letting the premises to another party.

Instead, you might need to search for "break-lease" units which is where the outgoing tenant wishes to break their lease early and will look for a tenant to take-over the lease which is actually just signing a new lease with the landlord and the landlord cancelling the outgoing tenant's tenancy.
