Hey so we are coming back to HK!!! Lived there for 18 months until March this year and M is coming back for work for a few weeks and I get to go along for the ride

We're heading over for 3 weeks on Monday and I am trying to suss out various serviced apartments so we can make a decision. I'm looking for opinions/reviews on the apartment size/whether the "kitchenette" is more than a microwave and fridge and whether the place is clean and fresh and free of dust and musty smells We looked at a couple of serviced apartments when we lived in HK and they were awful (but in different areas to where we're looking now).

M's company usually puts people in Central 88 but friends who were there in 2005-06 weren't that happy with it. We're only coming for 3 weeks, does anyone else have an opinion?

The HR chick also mentioned Icehouse serviced apartments but these seem to be in a much lower price range (and I'm worried that it'll be poky and musty for that price - I have seen "serviced apartments" in HK!!) Anyone have an opinion/review on these?

Finally, Shama serviced apartments came up when I googled serviced apartments ... they have a few different locations, I'm looking at Central (Peel St), Soho (Staunton St) and Hollywood Rd.

Opinions please! Thanks
