Question Discovery Bay - Large Flats

    Good Day All

I'm looking at moving into Discovery Bay, most of the properties have nice Master's but the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are small and some cases VERY small. Any recommendations on a property in DB that has 2 or 3 larger bedrooms? I am keen to find a flat that has two large bedrooms and I can survive with a small 3rd bedroom, but at least two big enough for Queen or King Beds. Am I dreaming or is this possible?

    Thank you in advance.
    C

you will find that most flats are as you describe. space is at a premium here.

if this is what you really want, you may need to look at living in a village house elsewhere either south lantau or somewhere in the NT. if you get a full house, chances are you will have good sized bedrooms.
our village house has 5 bedrooms. 3 of them are around 110', the 4th is about 270' and the 5th is about 350'.

But the larger of the two other bedrooms in Flats C and D should easily accommodate a large queen.

good to know. while i lived in db and visited many friends' homes... we did not normally make it to the bedrooms! definitely not part of the mythical element that supposedly inhabits the enclave.

Claire is right, we live in Seabird. The master bedroom fits a king size bed and one of the smaller bedrooms fits a queen size bed easily. Look around in the Beach Village (Seabird, Seahorse ans Seabee Lane). The flats are either split level or duplex and have are much spacier than in the other villages.

Thank you all for the information, this is helpful. I will look at a village house but also keep in mind the properties that Elle has shared here. At least now I have a place to start my search.

    Cheers
