We are just about to view The Rednaxela for tthe 2nd time and think this might be where we end up. Any opinions on living here? Or nearby (Mosque Street, Mosque Junction?)

Is 20k for a place here a realistic budget?

I am new to Hong Kong and looking for a place to stay - kids go to HKIS-husband works in Central - looking at the Repulse Bay and Tai Tam area - liked the Manhattan - is it a convenient place to stay ?
