finding a place in Tai Po

Hi, was wondering what's the best way to find a single bedroom apt in tai po, before actually going there. Reason being is that I'll be going there for only 5-9 months for a student internship, and don't want to waste time looking for something when I get there.

I'm looking for a nice place to live, would love to live in a high rise, and a decent price.

any suggestions? any resources?

Hello,
I personally just moved to Tai Po, and I'm planning on moving closer to the centre soon, in between TST and Shatin. It takes more than one hours whenever you want to go out; Tai Po is far unless you have a car. I also thought that I would like to be close to the university, but you need a balance in all things, so I'll opt for midway between fun and work
So think about it before you make your move, especially before signing a lease for 5 months.

I also suggest reading through a few threads here on geoexpat as there are countless stories of people renting a place prior to their arrival who end up being in a 'nightmare' situation.
