Hi everyone. I was wondering what their pet policy was? We have
a small cat.
Thanks!
Hi everyone,
I am planning to take accommodation in Harbor Front Horizon. Can you please tell me what is the current price for a 2 bedroom accommodation.
Some queries,
i. Is there free shuttle bus to MTR for Wan Chai/Amiralty area?
ii. 1 bedroom available for 1 person?
iii. Any surrounding nearby markets/supermarkets/ eateries/ shopping centers (5-10min)?
iv. Whats the size of the rooms?
v. Free unlimited broadband access?
vi. Any laundry services in the apartment?
vii Is this like a serviced apartment with weekly maid service?
Thanks!
To be honest, it is probably the best priced serviced apartment in HK for what you get. I had an exceptional view of HK from my bay windows for $17k a month. It is a cookie cutter approach though. The people on the ground are very friendly and the amenities are clean.
The reason i moved out is it wasn't very convenient, the bus was always full in the mornings. It took me 40 minutes to get to the ICC where I worked. I also wanted to reduce my rental costs. Also the management tend to increase rents after the contract end by $1-$2k.
Anyway a good way to get into HK and get a 6 month contract. Once more settled you can work out where you really want to end up.
Hi All,
Was considering moving into this place. But I was wondering if anyone has had any experience of living there with a new born child. We are looking to move in with our first new born in a few months time as our current place is too small. I had a look at a 2 bedroom apartment on the weekend but had not asked management's view on new born kids.
Im afraid they may discrimnate or we could get complaints as didnt how soundproof the walls would be. I assume they are concrete walls being in Hong Kong and not card board boxes.
Any advice would be great! Thanks.
I really think it's none of their concern. I wouldn't worry about it. If you like the place I think it would be a good for your family.
The place is usually full and you can hear people above you or to the side but nothing to really worry about.
