I paid 17k 1 1/2 years ago. 19-21k now sounds about right.

Paid 19k two bedroom in 2008, 30k for 3 bed the following 6 months. Was overjoyed when I left it is like a prison the customer service is non-existent. Only good thing was Sunday brunch with champers downstairs. They are the rudest, most disrespectful dodgy organisation I have ever dealt with.

BTW re the maid service, the guy next door had it and they averaged 12 minutes in the apartment cleaning twice a week . No-one home to monitor!

People will also complain about noise even when its not particularly noisy and will constantly take pleasure in 'telling you off' like children. And no this is not just Hong Kong as I spent a lot of time off site and the staff at other apartments were lovely.

Was told they are ruled with a iron fist which is why their is no-negotiation, support (only when you hand your credit card over) or smiles. Owner one of richest men in Asia.

This place is ideal for single business people who work long hours don't want to use gym or pool ad hoc, don't bother with customer service and do a lot of o/s trips and therefore will not be annoyed by the vile staff.

Hi everyone...am moving to HK in 2 mths. Would like to check with anyone staying in Harbourfront Horizon currently if there is access to Star Sports channel.

Sent an email to them but I didn't get any replies. Specifically hope I get to watch F1 races.

considering they don't allow us to view the actual units being leased, can someone staying there please advise if the furnishing and maintenance of the apartment is the same as what is promised in the show suites? im planning to lease an apt next month

my mate just moved out

1) beware that there is construction, will start/has started, on the adjacent vacant plot, so noise and dust etc. might be a problem for the next two years.
2) An earlier poster said it was convenient, I guess it was, but not so much now since the ferry to shut down a few months back.

Hi there: yes they are as the show suites. And you can turn it into a very warm and nice home it you like . I have my own Art work plants and personal items. They don't come with plates and placemats etc.

They do come with a set of bed linens and towels. That as well can be replaced with your own style.

Yes, the furniture is exactly the same as the unit shown. The bedding/sheets are the variation. The wall arts they provide are the same as well.
