Paid 19k two bedroom in 2008, 30k for 3 bed the following 6 months. Was overjoyed when I left it is like a prison the customer service is non-existent. Only good thing was Sunday brunch with champers downstairs. They are the rudest, most disrespectful dodgy organisation I have ever dealt with.
BTW re the maid service, the guy next door had it and they averaged 12 minutes in the apartment cleaning twice a week . No-one home to monitor!
People will also complain about noise even when its not particularly noisy and will constantly take pleasure in 'telling you off' like children. And no this is not just Hong Kong as I spent a lot of time off site and the staff at other apartments were lovely.
Was told they are ruled with a iron fist which is why their is no-negotiation, support (only when you hand your credit card over) or smiles. Owner one of richest men in Asia.
This place is ideal for single business people who work long hours don't want to use gym or pool ad hoc, don't bother with customer service and do a lot of o/s trips and therefore will not be annoyed by the vile staff.
