So you mentioned maintenance... my advice is definitely to avoid Harbourfront, you may want to refer to my related post entitled "Harbourfront Horizon service is unacceptable" under thread "Harbourview / Harbourfront Horizon"

I just moved out of Harbour Front and wouldn't recommend with the addition to the previous posts
I got quite sick from the Aircon , not sure if they are ever cleaned, all aircon remote controls had flat battery's ...front desk staff are quite arrogant and rude .... we had to pay a parking fee for the small van to collect our belongings when moving out ...my gf left some cooking spices in the room and they said there would be a storage charge to hold them for her, they will not hold your room key at reception , you have to leave it in your room and request staff to let you in sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes...
"thieving dogs" certainly applies to that li ka shing owned company
FREE 2 door old wardrobe, 75in tall, 42 in wide, 23 in deep. I used it for 2 yrs in the small bedroom of HarbourView Horizon, fitting it opposite to the bookcase. It has 3 rod for hanging clothes, 2 on one side (1 top and 1 bottom) , and one on the other side with 3 drawers on bottom. Ivory colour. Very study despite the aged outside.
Must move away before next Saturday May 18th. pm me for photos or more info, first come pick, first serve. Thank you
I've stayed in Harbourfront Horizon for almost 2 years(still living there), their services department aren't the best but I don't see them that bad. For the air-con, I actually call them to arrange cleaning almost 4 times a year, they gladly do it for you. As in flat battery in remotes........in all fairness, 2 AAA batteries isn't that expensive... yes, there are multiple air con remotes in the unit, but if you are that cheap, one remote can control all air con since they are all the same brand. I do somewhat agree with you on the front desk staff, they weren't rude to me, but they are not flexible on some very minor issues and not very cooperative at times.
If I remember correctly, some rugby player jumped off the building and into the swimming pool. My friend who lives there didn't even know about it until I showed him the news article.
It's Harbourview Horizon, not Harbourfront Horizon. He found his way to the roof somehow and jump off the building..... and if I remember correctly, newspaper said he was working in the financial field, couldn't bare the pressure and decided to jump. Sad story indeed.
This is the press coverage of the Harbourview incident:

and a separate suicide case in Harbourfront:

Specifically which unit that was is still unknown
Does Anyone know any Motorcycle or Car parks for Monthly Parking in and around Harbourfront Horizon.
