Harbourfront Horizon

I am staying at Harbourfront, but I park my car at Harbourview Horizon, it's $2700 per month for resident in Harbourview/Harbourfront Horizon. For Harbourfront Horizon, I think it's $3500 per month, I am not sure though. I decided not to park at Harbourfront because it's an outdoor parking, the car can get dusty in quite a short time and the heat in HK's summer does not do any good to the car neither if you park outside, Harbourview's parking is indoor. Also, there used to be a rather long wait list for harbourfront's monthly parking, not sure about now though.

i want much information about Harbourfront Horizon.
How is air condition, especially Tower E ocean side, connecting harbour directly and I worry there is humit or not during rainy season, and mosquitos...
In addition I'd like to know lower floors is nice or not, too. e.g. 2nd or 3rd floor. No need ocean view, I just want to know there is comfortable and healthy environment or not.

Could u kindly let me know any information there, including other towers totally.

I called there now and staff said me they can attend me only 2 unit, full of others.
Is this true?? ... Felt strange. Why they don't have other available rooms in spite of hotel....

I worried one more.
The lowest rooms have terrace but any guests cannot go out there.
if becoming full of something dusty e.g.smoking someone throw away from upper floor's window to lowest terraces' unit, how can the person clean up???
can guest ask staff it???

All of HK becomes humid in the summer. It doesn't really matter where you live, you can't avoid it. Same goes for mosquitos. If you can find a very high floor apartment facing in a direction with a nice breeze it might alleviate these effects a little bit. Only way to know for sure is to check it out in person.

They're weird about what guests can't do and where they can't go, the rules are the rules and they won't change it just because you're a paying customer. You'll find the same robotic official reply regarding many issues. If this really bothers you, better to find somewhere else to stay than making yourself miserable.
