To those who moved into Harbourfront Horizon & View:
How did you manage to get the agents to let u know when an apt is available? I have visited them twice and each time they asked me to check with them a few weeks before my move in date...
thanks!
Hi,
I will be staying at Harbourfront Horizon from Dec. 15 to end of April 08.
I lived many years in HK so I know quite well the city...Just would like to make new friends. I am in my 30's, french, female. Feel free to contact me!!
Ciao
I moved to Harbourfront from Habourview Horizon one month ago, surely Habourfront is much better and more quiet. Agree with the club house which less people go there and we need not wait, however still silly the club house closes for 2 times daily for kind of cleaning.
To simplelife:
My agent kept my case in my record few months ago, and when I almost finished the contract in Habourview, he called me and informed me all the details so that I can stay in Habourfront and need not rent two flats at the same time. You can call my agent to inform him your status and he will follow. His name is Leo Kwan, tel is 9373 6841
Has anyone had success installing NOW TV cable?? I've tried twice now and management continues to reject the installation technician, saying that we cannot get an outside cable provider... I've emailed management asking what they will supply for us if we cannot get NOW TV, but haven't heard anything... Also asked for longer gym & pool hours. Any suggestions? Has anyone actually met or spoken to the management???
you are not allowed to subscribe other cable provider according to the lease contract...i think. as for the pool/gym hours...i agree. i think we need more people to complain about the hrs in order for them to change it...closing the [email protected] won't do for me.
sun lin fi lok everyone. After reading through the thread, Harbourfront seems like a great place to live! I was wondering, does Harbourfront Horizon have an e-mail address or anything? I'm currently in the U.S. and would like to avoid calling long distance unless I have to. Thanks!
Hi Everyone,
After one month, I am very happy to stay at Harbourfront.
I also agree with some comments regarding the Gym...I would be great if they can open at least till 10pm instead of 9pm.
I found difficult also to take a taxi on the morning from 8.30 to 9am....while there are at least 6 or 7 staffs outside (do not really understand what they are doing except writing down plate number...) who could help to get some taxis in!
And last but not least, I am very surprised to see that there is NO recycle containers (plastic bottles, can...) in the complex...Recycling is a serious issue now and such a new and mordern complex should have these facilities...
If some of you agree with these points, we could write something to the management...
Bye
I completely agree with the need for Recycling! (Although I haven't seen much of it over the last three months anywhere in HK.)
I've tried several times to track down some sort of Hotel Manager (they mysteriously never seem to be working and I started to doubt if there even was one) but I finally spoke to someone - about upgrading our cable service to add more English-language news channels. Perhaps if we come up with a few constructive points of interest that could be improved, they will respond? I think the most important are extended gym/pool hours (is it truly necessary to close during lunch time AND 4-5pm?), recycling, and more English TV channels. What do you think?
