I checked this place out and the clubhouse is very impressive. They have ferry service direct into Central that they say takes about 10 minutes.

I'm looking for a short term apt - Jan and Feb 2011 - does anyone know if these units ever rent on short-term bases? Also - what sort of price would a 2 bedroom go for? Thanks in advance for any info you can offer!
