Hubby and I spend 6 weeks in Ovolo Sheung Wan and it was small, newish then and well maintained. 2 bedrooms small living and kichenette service apartment. 15mins walk to mtr, no balcony, was bright not sure about airy as we did not open windows much. It was 18 months ago and probably 20Kish. You may want to check it out but I am pretty sure cost would be more now.

15 months ago it was over 40k, as we (briefly!) considered it when we first arrived.
