Anyone knows the room dimension in Merton, Belcher's and Manhattan heights?

I'm looking for an apt to rent in these buildings and found layout graphs on centadata website e.g. <http://www.centadata.com/ptest.aspx?type=2&code=SSPPWPPYPS&info=fp&code2=&p age=0> but it's really hard to figure out the actual room size -- as the total size given compare to the actual size can be 20-40% difference.

If you know the dimension of rooms in these buildings please please share

So far I found in this forum someone posted dimension of his/her 630sq ft two bedroom in Merton:
living room is 15ft x 9ft, bedroom 10ft x 7ft, second bedroom/storage 7ft x 7ft.

Just wondering if the 3-bedroom apt has the same size living room and bed rooms in Merton, and how about 2 or 3 bedroom in Belcher's Garden and Manhattan Heights.

p.s. I'm not in Hong Kong so can't really see these apts myself, but want to rent an apt before coming so knowing the actual dimension really help with decision.
