You cant post date letters. Do you have the envelop with the date on it?

Regardless, if it was sent via non-registered post, there is no proof of delivery.

yes, I know that letters cannot be post dated and nothing was sent registered mail ... but in my mind s the LL is trying to establish a chain of perceived correct events to demonstrate to the judge in the hearing that she is in the "right."

I am sort of excited by the fact that I am willing to see this through even if the end result is in the LL's favor at least I know that I stood up and was not willing to bullied by the LL.
